Dr. Victoria J. Warner

Dr. Warner has served the Lord in multiple capacities and ministry offices including Sunday School Superintendent; Head Deaconess; Evangelist; Bible School Teacher;  TV Producer and Host of the “Ordinary People, Extraordinary God” TV Broadcast; Intercessory Prayer Warrior; Lay Pastor; Cell Group Leader; Christian Counselor; Co-Founder of Clergy Women of African Descent of Philadelphia; Director of Addictions Ministry “Bridging the Gap”; Associate Pastor; and Pastor of two churches. She has also been used by the Lord to establish three Bible Institutes in affiliation with Chesapeake Bible College & Seminary.

Dr. Warner is a certified Pastoral Counselor, has earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Biblical Studies, and was honored to be awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Biblical Studies. 

In 2004, Dr. Warner added a completely different aspect of ministry by being blessed to become an author of several books, and also to become a registered book publisher able to assist other authors to bring forth their visions in writing. She was one of the authors honored at the 2006 Kappa Alpha Psi Literary Conference in Washington, D.C.(aka September Summer)

Throughout all of her years of ministry, and in all of the ways that the Lord has chosen to use Dr. Warner, there has been one particular thread in her heart in every role – that is the word “relationship” – the very foundation of all her work for the Lord. In brief, the Mission Statement of her life is “Our ministry vision is to see lives transformed and made whole (body, soul, and spirit) by the power and love of God through a personal and intimate relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, and healthy wholesome relationships with family and others.”
