COMPLIMENT OR HARASSMENT?

The title of today’s show is ‘COMPLIMENT OR HARASSMENT?’ We will be discussing the controversial wave of women accusing men of sexual harassment.  Is it no longer safe to give women the proverbial compliment about their looks or dress without later being accused of sexual harassment?  Or is that women have become too sensitive and independent of men that we no longer need or desire their unsolicited attention.  What are your thoughts on this as we ask the question where do the compliment end and harassment begin?
