2. Looking at the fact that one African American owned solar installation company was invited to participate as a presenter,what was your assessment on the information presented?
A. Looking at the fact that Theodore Atwood Director Baltimore City Department of Public Works who stated in his presentation at the round table that he was very interested in community solar projects.
B. Which could lead to a number projects being targeted to the black community and the PPA being controlled by developers outside of that community>
3. Looking at the fact that Investment Tax Credits ITC for both residential and commercial are due to expire in 2021 and starts to depreciate at the end of 2019. Clear Morgan and Coppin needs to be contracting with Bithenergy now to to build 3.0 megawatt combining both campus rooftops and land they have for solar development on both campuses.
