Evangelist Betty Harris is speaking on :"I DON'T KNOW YOU"

Where is it in the Bible that says that before I help you I have to know you.  I have heard that phrase before, I don't know that persom, I don't know that family, so, so, and so. If there is a need and you can meet it, meet it.  We are so self centered until the shoes are on our feet,.  If there is a need in our lives we do not care if I know you  or  if you know me just meet the need   A lot of disappointments, headaches, heart aches, tears, and erc. could be avoided if we only help.
