 The main topic of the show will be cultural spells and I will first provide a definition of what a cultural spell is.  A cultural spell is any message that the culture sends out to its citizens, whether it be consciously or subliminally; a course of action to take about one's life or an impression where it's modeling the person where to go for power.  
 
We must first understand that we live in a patriarchy here in the United States where its citizenry aren't treated as equals and rather that they must fit an impression on how to live one's life whether you're a man or a woman.  Our family conditioning is so strongly fused into this model that after childhood, one goes out into society and tries to claim or reclaim power through the workforce or relating to its fellow citizenry.
 
Most of us don't realize that somewhere along the way, we have replicated our own impression as a man or woman and are largely unconscious about it.  We receive messages on how to be a man or a woman from the patriarchy then try to develop a sense of esteem from these models.  This esteem is mostly fused into the environment where the person is also forming their values around.  Beneath the surface of our gender, title, or relationships, we're much more complex beings
