“We are in the land of the dying, being prepared for the land of the living”    James 4:13-17 We have to die in order to receive eternal life

Go to now, ye that say, today or tomorrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain: 14: Whereas ye know not what shall be on tomorrow, For what is your life?  It is even a vapor that appears for a little time, and then vanishes away.

It is good to have goals, but goals can and sometime will disappoint us if we leave God out of them. There is no point in making plans as though God does not exist because the future is in His hands.Making plans that are out of the will of God will not produce the end result that you may be looking for.  The Bible teaches against two extremes: Someone who never set goals or others who set goals with no thought of God. Nothing can or will happen unless God allows or produce it.  God has created our existence before the foundation of the world and we must make our plans loosely and allow God will to be done. The word of God teaches us how to do it. We should always remember that God is in control and His will, will be done. The Holy Spirit is constantly doing His job of guiding us in the things of God, prepareding us for the land of the living. We should be willing to help others as the Holly Spirit leads us.  Don’t allow the trick of the Devil to fool you into thinking all that ii is not necessary or that it’s someone else’s responsibility.  God want to use each of us for His will and His glory, will you learn to answer the call.  God is waiting to see you work your faith. James also said that faith without works is dead.
