The Current Rioting in Britain

Things are going completely crazy.  People are rioting right the way across Britain, mostly in the North and the West Midlands, but there were actions in London on Sunday, and more were projected for Wednesday the 7th of August. These actions are being prompted by far-right groups, motivated by racism, Islamophobia, anti-immigrant prejudices, and misinformation.  Anti-racism groups are showing up to confront and counter these actions by the far-right. 

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) can be, and has been, used effectively in situations of extreme violence.  Please join us to discuss what we can do in the face of this crisis.
