On a special broadcast Tuesday, September 30th, 2014 at 12 Noon Eastern and 9AM Pacific we're launching the 'Countdown to the Population Health Alliance PHA Forum 2014' series. The PHA Forum is an annual 'go to' industry standard for the entire ecosystem of population health management stakeholders including innovators in accountable care, care management and the general pursuit of the triple aim - better care, improved outcomes and lower per capita cost. This dynamic community gathers in Scottsdale, Arizona from December 10th - 12th. On the first in a series of pre-conference broadcasts we'll hear from Executive Director Fred Goldstein and former and current PHA Forum judge @efuturist Douglas Goldstein who will supply an overview of what's in store from keynotes lineup, faculty, and various institutes and events for employers, advocacy, healthcare executives, and international participants.
