It's Latino not hispanic: Why people hate Trump
in Elections
If you ever wonder why even the gray, inbetween hate Trump, it is because of his lack of social nuancing and obvious OBVIOUS statements about just regular human beings. Blacks are not in some separate non white world category, no one calls Latinos hispanics - like EVER - since maybe the 1950s. He is out of touch in his bubble world and is still living by his emotions. He had no real political ecumen and NEVER HAS. Only a 3rd grader could like Trump or even if adult likes him, it is because a direct policy that has benefitted him. Thank God we only have six weeks left of Election 2024.

Kamala's Values
in Politics
Good morning. Today, on The Meter, we will cover the 3 year anniversary of the collapse of Afghanistan and the deaths of 13 US Marines at the Kabul Airport attack. This week, Donald Trump attended a remembrance at Arlington National Cemetery with the families of the 13 fallen American heroes. Reportedly, a scuffle occurred between members of Trump's entourage and security over a photo session with the families. No political events are permitted at Arlington, and all pictures are supposed to be pre-approved by the facility. A Trump spokesman said there was no incident and that the situation was blown out of proportion because neither Kamala Harris nor Joe Biden attended the ceremony. Was this a photo opportunity or just a solemn moment? Also, the polls remain tied in all battleground states between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. With a winner-take-all system, the slightest issue could tip the state to one candidate. Democrat Tulsi Gabbard has endorsed Trump joining RFK Jr. while former president George W. Bush says he will not back Donald Trump. Also, former vice-president Mike Pence has also refused to endorse Trump. In such a tight election, how might endorsements or the lack of effect the final results in crucial states? Finally, Kamala Harris sat down with Dana Bash of CNN for her first interview with her running mate by her side. Bash asked Harris about her policy changes, and Harris replied that her values haven't changed. Most pundits said the interview was a flop for Harris. What did you think of Kamala Harris' answers? Please join the discussion at 10AM. The call-in number is 347-308-8933. Your input is essential!
